Our mission is to design exceptional everyday accessories that will last a lifetime and serve you well throughout yours. As such, the purchase of a AURO Carry is the start of what we hope will be a long lasting relationship. If anything ever goes wrong with your product then get in touch and we’ll see what we can do to repair or replace it.
If any product fails due to defects in the materials or our workmanship please get in touch via email with your order number and an explanation of the problem. We don’t cover damage from abuse, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, impacts, scratches or overstretched leather. And we can’t refund purchases made via third parties – or those consumed by your dog, sadly.
